Life Skills
There are several categories of skills to acquire in life: survival, educational, vocational, practical and your personal life skills.
Personal Life Skills are also referred to as psychological competencies and essential assets. I have been fortunate to be able to focus my entire life on developing my personal life skills. Each of the skill sets listed began with an awareness of a quality I wanted. I would study the topic and than practice that skill until I was able to integrate it into my life. After enough practice, I created a presentation. I was able to offer over fifty seminars during the past 50 years. Besides generating an income, teaching each subject deepened my understanding. My hope is that you will find these resources helpful.
Design a courses of study by making a commitment to yourself to refine existing skills and add new ones. Create learning experiences to generate new brain pathways.
